What safety measurements are introduced due to the Covid19 pandemic?

Your safety and the safety of our staff is very important to us! That is why we strictly follow all required safety standards from the government. By implementing those standards, we do our best to ensure your safety.

Are there any restrictions to the offered services?

The reception has changed opening hours:
Friday & Saturday from 7 am – Midnight, Sunday – Thursday from 7 am – 9 pm
(due to the current restrictions the opening times may change)

However, all of the other hotel services are available without any restrictions (except safety measures like wearing a mask, keeping social distance, etc.). Your hotel stay is guaranteed and safe!

When is the reception open?

ATTENTION changed opening hours:
Friday & Saturday from 7 am – Midnight, Sunday – Thursday from 7 am – 9 pm
(due to the current restrictions the opening times may change)

Can I park my car with you?

Unfortunately, we do not have hotel owned parking spaces. You can park your car in the „Altstadtgarage B“ (Hildmannplatz, 5020 Salzburg). You can get a discounted parking ticket at the reception (€ 18 / night).

Are the rooms equipped with a minibar?

Yes, our rooms do have a minibar. The first filling is free of charge. Starting with the second filling, the consumed drinks (Restaurant prices) will be charged to your room bill. The Minibar offers only alcohol-free beverages.

Do you have Wi-Fi throughout the Hotel?

Yes, we have free Wi-Fi in the Hotel open for our guests.

Do you have anti-allergic bedding?

Yes, we anti-allergic beddings. Please inform us upon reservation about your allergies.

Are your rooms equipped with air conditioners?

Our Hotel is a landmarked house. Therefore, we are not allowed to install air conditioners in the rooms, but we do offer fans.

Do you offer vouchers?

Yes, we do. Vouchers can be bought at the reception or online: https://www.hotelgoldgasse.at/en/gift-certificates/

Is the tab water drinkable?

The tap water has the best quality and is drinkable throughout the Hotel.

Can I book sightseeing tours at the reception?

We are happy to help you book your sightseeing tours at the reception.
